CAMRA Prototype

The Florida Oceans and Coastal Council is charged with coordinating coastal and marine research, identifying research gaps and recommending new strategies that enhance management and conservation efforts for our coastal and marine resources.

Management of conflicting uses in our coastal waters requires state-of-the-art tools to visualize the interactions among human activities and the ecosystem. The Council has sponsored the development of a prototype of just such a tool: The Coastal and Marine Resource Assessment (CAMRA) System.
