Members

Co-chaired by Department of Environmental Protection (DEP)
Secretary Herschel T. Vinyard Jr. and Executive Director of the
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Nick Wiley,
the council is made up of fifteen voting members and three
non-voting members. DEP, FWC and the Department of Agriculture and
Consumer Services (DACS) each appointed five members to the council. Executive Director Wiley has
appointed Gil McRae, Director of the FWC Fish and Wildlife Research
Institute as his designee, and Commissioner Adam Putnam has
appointed Director Leslie Palmer of DACS - Aquaculture as his.
Directors McRae and Palmer are the
non-voting members.
